Meet Our Team

David Gamble, Founder

 David was a Strategic Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Operations Leader for over 20 years in the corporate environment for several fortune 500 companies. Previously, David followed his first love as a professional NFL & CFL football player highlighted by a Superbowl XXXII Championship with the Denver Broncos. He continues to leverage both his on and off field experiences to benefit others. David has a unique skill set in Retail Operations, Team Dynamics, Leadership Development, and Mentorship. His passion is to strengthen ones’ leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and equip clients with tangible resources to maximize their potential. David attended the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree focused in Sociology & Criminal Justice.

Nichole Drumgoole

As a 25 year Human Resources leader. Nichole brings a wealth of Recruiting, Talent Management, HRIS Training and Diversity & Inclusion experience.  Leadership roles within Google, PayPal and Yahoo helped to frame extensive knowledge and a deep appreciation for assisting organizations with identifying talent and providing exceptional on-boarding candidate experiences.  Nichole started her HR career after attending the University of California at Sacramento where she received her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.  Nichole's passion to support the small business clientele originates from her own successful journey as an African American female entrepreneur.

Bernice is a talent recruitment and client acquisition professional with more than 30 years of experience in both sales and recruiting. She excels at forging lasting relationships with her clients and candidates, which has led to her continued and recurring success as an entrepreneur and business owner. She loves designing and executing recruiting plans within both agency and inhouse settings and has extensive experience in managing all phases of the recruiting from client acquisition, initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding.  She also has widespread commercial real estate and sales experience across several industries.
