Nichole started her HR career after attending the University of California at Sacramento where she received her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. She excels at forging lasting relationships with her clients and candidates, which has led to her continued and recurring success as an entrepreneur and business owner. She loves designing and executing recruiting plans within both agency and inhouse settings and has extensive experience in managing all phases of the recruiting from client acquisition, initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. She also has widespread commercial real estate and sales experience across several industries.
